Owners of TCD Homes, a quality home builder in Green Bay, Lawrence, De Pere, Brown, Kewaunee and Door County.

SCS started out as Tosa Construction & Development Inc., which was founded in 1991 by Steve Seidl. Mike Selner joined the company in 2001 as an equal partner.

SCS has two divisions; TCD Homes develops raw land and constructs excellent residential dwellings (upmarket condominiums and custom homes), while SCS was formed to assist our commercial clients with their needs. SCS excels at delivering high quality-cost effective work space using the satisfying particulars required in the luxury home market. Our finished product is Superior to others because of our experience and knowledge of client’s expectations.

Our vendors and major sub contractors are local businesses that SCS has partnered with for years. These subs are the best combination of price and quality in our market place. Our subs are non-union guaranteeing competitive pricing. SCS has low overhead. Located in a humble but clean warehouse/office at 516 N. 8th St. in DePere. Our staff works hard and burns the midnight oil 24/7.
